* For postal orders:
   * We aim to dispatch on agreed days to ensure freshness.
   * Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

* Products should be stored as advised on packaging.
* Most items are best consumed within advised time on packaging.
* Some items may be suitable for freezing.
